In 2013, when his wife was a few weeks pregnant with his first child, Brian Donnelly learned he had a brain tumor, epilepsy and autoimmune encephalitis.
AE is an extremely rare condition where the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks healthy brain cells. He underwent brain surgery when his wife was five months pregnant with their first daughter and seven months of immuno-infusion therapy.
It was during his recovery that he decided to pursue a passion he had since the 1980s. He formed a comic book publishing company, Mythographer’s Workshop to create professional creative works and donate proceeds to worthwhile charities.

Well, we suppose there is a risk we could get a hernia hauling all the backer kits out if this is as successful as we hope, but that is up to you guys!
Once and Future will be presented in 130 pages of beautiful full color art on heavy high gloss paper, each signed by the author.
Mythographer’s Workshop is a small press indie publisher. All of their work is completed by some of comic’s finest professional artists, colorists, and letterers. Their last work, TIR NA FUIL won an INDEPENDENT PUBLISHERS BOOK AWARD in 2017 alongside STAN LEE and WILLIAM SHATNER.
